Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler has a similar style to The Cinema Snob, but she tends to the absurdity of action movies. She started reviewing late in 2009, and gained some respect on their forums, under her previous username Obscurus Lupa. In the year 2010 she joined in the Channel Awesome Family. The website was her home up until the end of 2015, at which point Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. Two of her podcasts are co-hosted as well as a show that covers Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. She's appeared on numerous Channel Awesome episodes, including Atop the Fourth Wall as well as Phelous & the Movies. She was a former member of the Channel Awesome family alongside Doug Walker and often appeared on the show Nostalgia Critic.
